Is Lexoria priced per seat or per firm?
Per seat, per month. A seat is a named individual — you can reassign a seat when someone leaves, but seats are not shared between people. Support staff who only need read access to matters do not consume a seat on Firm and Enterprise plans.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing is roughly twenty per cent cheaper per seat and is invoiced once for the year. Monthly billing costs more per seat but can be cancelled with 30 days' notice at any point.
Can we add seats mid-term?
Yes. Seats added during an annual term are charged pro rata to the end of the term, at the annual rate. Seat reductions take effect at renewal.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Solo and Firm on monthly billing have no minimum term beyond the current month. Annual plans run for twelve months. Enterprise agreements are annual by default.
Do you offer trials?
We offer a 21-day evaluation on the Firm plan, with your own data if you want it. We normally run a scoping call first so the evaluation is set up around the work you actually do.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export matters, documents, contacts and time entries in open formats at any point during the subscription and for 30 days after it ends. After that we delete the data on the schedule set out in the data processing agreement.
