The platform
Five modules, one file.
Lexoria is built as one system rather than a suite of acquisitions. Research, drafting, matters, billing and deadlines share the same client records, the same permissions and the same audit trail — which is why work moves between them without being retyped.
Module 01
Case-law & legislation search
Find the law once, in one place.
Legislation, case law and editorial commentary sit in a single index, so a question does not have to be asked three times in three places. Consolidated legislation carries point-in-time history; judgments carry subsequent-treatment signals so you can tell at a glance whether a authority has been leaned on or quietly walked away from.
Included
- Unified search across legislation, judgments and commentary
- Point-in-time consolidated texts with change tracking
- Subsequent-treatment and citation signals on every judgment
- Filters by court, date, subject, panel and outcome
- Saved searches with email or in-app alerts
- Passages saved directly to a matter with citation intact
Module 02
Document assembly
Your precedents, made repeatable.
Document automation only works when it starts from precedents the firm already trusts. Lexoria takes an existing template, marks up the variables, and turns the drafting decisions into a guided questionnaire. Conditional clauses appear only when the answers call for them, and cross-references renumber themselves.
Included
- Template studio with variables, conditions and repeating blocks
- Guided questionnaires that non-lawyers can complete safely
- Clause library with approved and deprecated states
- Automatic cross-reference and schedule renumbering
- DOCX and PDF output in the firm's house style
- Version history showing which template produced which draft
Module 03
Matter & client management
One file, and everyone is looking at it.
A matter in Lexoria holds its documents, correspondence, parties, research folder, budget and task list together. Conflicts are checked at intake against parties and related entities, and the result is recorded so the check itself is auditable months later.
Included
- Client and matter intake with structured party records
- Conflict checking across parties, groups and related entities
- Matter-level permissions, including ethical walls
- Documents, email and research in one chronology
- Budget-versus-actual tracking on fixed-fee work
- Full audit trail of who opened, edited or exported what
Module 04
Time & billing
Recorded as you work, not reconstructed on Friday.
Timers attach to the matter you are already in, and passive capture suggests entries from documents you edited and calls you logged. Rates follow the client agreement — hourly, capped, staged or fixed — and draft bills are edited in the same narrative the client will read.
Included
- Start-stop timers and passive time capture with suggestions
- Rate cards per client, matter, fee earner and task code
- Fixed-fee, capped and staged billing arrangements
- Narrative editing and partner review before release
- Disbursements, VAT handling and credit notes
- Export to common accounting packages via CSV or API
Module 05
Deadline tracking
Dates calculated, chained and visible.
Deadlines are entered as rules, not as reminders. Give the module a trigger event and it computes the dependent dates for that matter type, chains follow-on steps behind them, and escalates to a supervising lawyer if a step is still open as the date approaches.
Included
- Rule-based date calculation from a trigger event
- Chained dependent steps that move when the trigger moves
- Firm-wide and personal calendar views
- Tiered reminders with supervisor escalation
- Two-way sync with Microsoft 365 and Google Calendar
- Coverage records showing who is responsible while someone is away
Across every module
The parts nobody demos, and everybody needs.
Roles and ethical walls
Permissions at firm, team, matter and document level, with walls that survive search — walled material never appears in results.
Integrations
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, SAML single sign-on, calendar sync, e-signature providers, and a documented REST API.
Reporting
Utilisation, realisation, matter profitability and workload distribution, exportable and schedulable for partner meetings.
Auditability
An immutable record of access, edits and exports, retained for the life of the matter and available to your compliance function.
Bilingual interface
Lithuanian and English throughout, switchable per user, including document templates and generated correspondence.
Migration
Structured import of matters, contacts, documents and open time from your current system, with a reconciliation report before go-live.
Book a demo
See Lexoria against your own matters.
A 40-minute walkthrough with someone who has actually practised. We will use your matter types, not a canned demo file.
